The Royal Exchange Hotel is a unique place inside and out. Situated in the heart of the posh Melbourne suburb of South Yarra, the Bar and Hotel serve a sophisticated and art loving niche market. The brief was simply to create something special and different.
The concept of the iceberg eliminates visible floors and merges the building to one sculptural element that consists of three kinds of metal facade claddings with various degrees of perforation.
