Selling professional services involves careful listening and understanding a client's concerns. Each positive interaction with the client or prospect builds trust and committment and can result in a longterm work-relationship.

Broad experience with clients from all trades and all sizes added to the experience. In previous employments often the clients were internatonal corporations and developers which involved the local teams as well as international specialists for marketing, construction or real estate. Each persons input in a project is important. It is the designers job to translate the given information into what becomes the physically built reality for everyone's satisfaction.

I work with the clients to meet their budget and schedule as best I can. It is essential to have open and honest conversations about the potential costs and timelines of your project from the first meeting, and I prefer to give the clients an idea of what they might expect, a realistic idea of how much the project could cost and the time it will take to execute it.
